At Blowkart.in, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the product and packaging.

Refunds

• Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
• Personal care products that have been used.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
